How Google Hummingbird algorithm works?

The Hummingbird is Google’s algorithm update launched in September 2013.  The intention of this update is to provide ‘precise and fast’ search results for longer phrase searches by understanding the meaning of the search query. 

Hummingbird’s impact on SEO: Keyword stuffing or using exact keywords in titles, header tags just to pull out the content in search results has become useless with this update.

Google Mobilegeddon – A boost for mobile-friendly websites.

Mobilegeddon has launched on April 21, 2015. 

As more users started using mobile devices to access internet. A good percentage of googlers started using mobile for finding information over internet. 

This reason was the primary move for Mobilegeddon algorithm. 

Google boost mobile-friendly webpages to top of the search results. It also encouraged webmasters by introducing a mobile-friendly test tool to check the website’s response for mobiles.
